Referral Submission



    Elegibility

    Travel Referral Bonus Eligibility:

    • The referring HCP’s full name must be listed under “Referral Source” on the candidate’s initial application. The referred HCP must not already exist in our database.
    • To qualify, the referral must complete 468 hours or a 13-week contract.
    • The full contracted hours must be completed for a referral bonus to be paid.

    RN – $800
    LPN/LVN – $400
    ST & SPT – $250

    Local Referral Bonus Eligibility:

    • The referring HCP’s full name must be listed as the source of referral on the initial application or ATS profile of the candidate. The referred individual must not already exist in our database.
    • To qualify, the referral must complete a 13-week assignment with either:
      36 hours/week (468 total hours) or 40 hours/week (520 total hours)
    • Shorter or per diem assignments do not qualify unless the referral remains
      at the same facility and reaches the total required hours (468 or 520)
      through consecutive contracts.
    • The full contracted hours must be completed for a referral bonus to be paid.

    RN – $800
    LPN/LVN – $400
    CNA – $250
    ALLIED – $400

    Schools Referral Bonus Eligibility:

    • The referral bonus is paid after the referral works 450 hours.
    • Referrer must work for Accountable or have worked for us in the past to be eligible to receive the bonus.
    • The referral must be identified during the application process and must not have had contact with an Accountable recruiter within the past two months.
    • Referral must be submitted to a Recruiter or emailed to:
      schoolcandidates@ahcstaff.com
    • The referral Bonus is subject to applicable taxes and deductions.
