When did you become a nurse and why?
I became a nurse in 2014. My grandmother had a myocardial infarction when I was in college. I spent a lot of time with her in the hospital and loved seeing the nurses take care of her, so I decided to become one too.

What made you go into travel nursing?
Money, LOL, and control of my time.

What has been your favorite location for travel nursing so far and why?
Definitely Dallas! So much to do and my significant other lives here.

What is your favorite thing about travel nursing (the experience, locations, training, etc.)?
Control of my time. I schedule vacations around my contracts and put specific days off in my contract.

What advice can you give others who are interested in travel nursing?
Always get guaranteed hours!
