The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading a sales team in achievement of its sales growth targets and financial objectives based on Corporate Strategic Sales goals. Responsible for understanding the customer's strategic priorities at all levels and developing solutions to meet their needs, while meeting the needs of Accountable's goals and objectives. Accountable for fostering relationships and partnering with the key executives, economic and clinical decision makers across the business while driving growth. Ensures consistent and effective internal processes and communication to strengthen and position the sales objectives of the Organization.

  • Leads strategic development of company wide sales by identify opportunities to grow new and existing client relationships and revenue.
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and client needs based on projections and market trends.
  • Directs operations and sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Leads and directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control operations and sales programs.
  • Networks with prospective clients to persuade them to bring their business to Accountable, develops and maintains relationships and negotiation of terms and conditions of contracts.
  • Responsible for collaborating and developing presentations, proposals, and implement contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong financial results on a national level.

Experience, Competencies and Education:
  • Bachelors' Degree highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years prior staffing experience to include regional and national sales.
  • Excel, Word and Microsoft Product.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, partners, other departments and teams to successfully deliver quality work.
  • Ability to analyze results, interpret data, draw sound conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to design and implement business development strategies with strong sales focus on a regional and national level.
