Erin Walsh – Employee Spotlight

Erin Walsh has worked for Accountable for the past 3 ½ years, in that time she has become one of our Most Valued Account Managers here in our East Brunswick office. Erin came to us with NO previous Healthcare Staffing experience,  previously she worked in the Post Office, Foreclosure Law Firm, Bank of America and a Nail Salon. That being said, she came in with an open mind about the Business & opportunity being given to her and has given it 100%, becoming the highest revenue producer in the branch. When Erin was hired she started as a Staffing Coordinator and has recently been promoted to an Account Manager. Erin has been able to build strong lasting relationships with both her HCP’s and the Clients she deals with. All of her HCP’s and Clients that I have spoken with have often told me that they wouldn’t know what they would do without her, she responses quickly to all requests asked of her.

Erin has become the “Mother Hen” of the office, she always makes sure we are all taken care of. She is honest and compassionate with her fellow team members, which can also explain why she has become so successful with her HCP’s and Clients because she is Honest & Caring and we all appreciate that about her. She is truly a good person.  

Erin is also a Mom of 1 son and a Grandma to 1 Granddaughter. She enjoys spending time with her Granddaughter, taking her to NYC to see various shows.  In her free time, she loves to go camping and read.  When I ask her where she sees her career going in the next 5 years, she tells me RETIREMENT, but I am going to fight to keep her as long as I can.
