Hello,

My name is Perrilee Farbro, I have been an employee of Accountable for 5 years. I am here to tell you that Accountable Healthcare is the best company, I have ever worked for.

I have been in the staffing industry for over 16 years, and I have worked on both sides. I have even been a Med Aide and a Certified Nurse Aide. At Accountable I have been a Recruiter Assistant, Contract employee, and Customer Service. Now I have two roles, I am currently an RA to 5 wonderful Recruiters, and I also do Customer Service. I love to help out where ever I am needed. Work to me is more like family time, I get up early to get my job done, and still have time to say a quick hello to my fellow employees. My role as an RA is of utmost importance, we all work here for the same goal. We are a Great Team. Getting the HCP the job is what we do!! My Customer Service role is the joy of the job. I get to help plan events, shop AMAZON for gifts for our HCPs and employees, send cards, listen to issues that anyone needs to get off their chest, so to say, or help out where ever I am needed.

I also feel that working from home has many advantages for me. I am here early and sometimes I jump on the computer after hours, this is just the type of person that I am.
