In this edition of Behind the Scenes with Accountable, we’re excited to introduce Yvonne Spencer, an Account Manager with our Workforce Transformation team. From part-time beginnings to a key leadership role, Yvonne’s journey reflects the growth and opportunities that define the Accountable culture.

A Steady Climb

Yvonne joined Accountable in 2021 as a part-time data entry clerk, transitioned to a full-time role in 2022, and was quickly promoted to Account Manager. Her path has been guided by a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a drive to take on new challenges.

Experience Before Accountable

Prior to joining Accountable, Yvonne spent much of her career at Sharp Hospital in San Diego, California, working as a staffing assistant. She later took on a role as a case manager assistant before returning to staffing, where she felt most at home.

Life Outside of Work

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Yvonne enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and visiting lakes across her state, often seeking out the scenic route just for the view. She’s also a passionate key chain collector, with her favorite being a special piece from the Middle East.

A fan of James Patterson novels, Yvonne also enjoys action and comedy movies and finding time to relax with a good story or a weekend drive.

What She Loves Most

When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Yvonne said, “I’m constantly learning and problem-solving. Different days bring different situations, which keep me challenged and help me grow in my position.”
