In our latest "Behind the Scenes with Accountable," we're thrilled to introduce Kathy Cote Zuilek, a dedicated Account Manager who has been an essential part of our team for six years. With 28 years in the field, Kathy brings a wealth of experience and a passion for connecting people with jobs that fit perfectly.

Kathy joined Accountable Healthcare Staffing after working for a large organization. She was drawn to the close-knit team environment at Accountable, where she could work closely with top-notch professionals to achieve great results. Her role as an Account Manager involves connecting individuals with jobs that match their skills and needs, ensuring mutual satisfaction and success.

Before joining Accountable, Kathy worked with adolescents in psychiatric hospitals, group homes, and as a 1:1 mentor across several states. Her work with at-risk kids was incredibly rewarding, as she provided much-needed support and a listening ear. Kathy co-founded a Christian music business as a concert promoter, working with renowned artists like Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, and Rich Mullins. This venture led her to Nashville, where she transitioned to the country music industry, working for Capitol Records during Garth Brooks' early days.

Outside of work, Kathy is a passionate animal lover, having cared for up to four rescue dogs at a time. Currently, she enjoys the company of her two fur babies. Kathy also loves traveling and has explored Europe and the Caribbean, always seeking new beauty. She cherishes her time with a Bible study group she has participated in for the past five years, finding joy and purpose in her faith.

Kathy loves reading romance novels, which provide a delightful escape from the world's challenges. She's a fan of the series "The Chosen," which she has watched multiple times, and she enjoys the movie "The Interpreter." Her favorite part of her job is talking with people and finding them jobs that suit their needs and the needs of their families. Kathy's dedication, diverse background, and genuine care for others make her an invaluable member of the Accountable Healthcare team.
