In our Behind the Scenes with Accountable series, we celebrate the incredible individuals who bring passion, expertise, and dedication to our team. This week, we are proud to spotlight Faizey Agyepong, one of our talented recruiters who has been with Accountable for more than eleven years.

Faizey has more than two decades of recruiting experience, starting her career in office and manufacturing recruitment before making the transition into healthcare. Over the years, she has become a trusted partner for countless nurses, helping them secure the assignments they are most excited about. At Accountable, her day-to-day focus is simple but powerful: supporting healthcare professionals as they take important steps forward in their careers.

Her journey into Accountable began more than a decade ago, and since then, she has become a cornerstone of the recruiting team. What motivates her is the joy of seeing nurses light up when they secure a contract that fits both their professional goals and their personal lives. That excitement, she says, is the most satisfying part of her work.

Outside of the office, Faizey is all about family and community. She loves spending time with her loved ones, especially cheering on her kids at their soccer games. Soccer is more than just a spectator sport for her, too; she plays in a women’s league on Sundays, combining fun, fitness, and friendship. Her energy and adaptability carry through in everything she does, both personally and professionally. Known as a quick learner who thrives in hands-on environments, Faizey easily adapts to changes and embraces challenges as opportunities to grow.

When asked about her favorite part of her role, Faizey’s answer is clear: it’s helping nurses secure jobs and celebrating with them when they achieve their goals. That passion shines through in every interaction she has, making her not only a recruiter but also a true advocate for the healthcare professionals she supports.
