In this edition of Behind the Scenes with Accountable, we’re proud to introduce Perrilee Farbro, a standout member of our operations team whose dedication, warmth, and positivity leave a lasting impression on everyone she works with. Since joining Accountable in 2017, Perrilee has been a constant source of support and reliability, playing a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Her title may be Operations Coordinator, but Perrilee’s work goes far beyond that. Whether she’s assisting with contracts, lending a hand with payroll, handling customer service inquiries, or simply stepping in wherever needed, she approaches every task with purpose and care. Her mornings start early with daily reports, but she still takes time to check in with her teammates and keep the spirit of connection alive.

With nearly two decades of experience in the staffing industry, Perrilee brings a unique level of perspective to her role. She has worked on both sides of the field, including hands-on roles as a Certified Nurse Aide and Medication Aide. At Accountable, she has served as a Recruiter Assistant, Contract Coordinator, and Customer Service representative before stepping into her current role. No matter the title, her passion for helping people and being part of a collaborative team has remained constant.

Outside of work, Perrilee’s greatest joy is her family. She treasures Sunday dinners, which often turn into spontaneous drives just to see where a new road might lead. Her grandchildren, she says, are the best medicine for the soul. She loves to travel, finds joy in every holiday, and embraces life with the kind of enthusiasm that lights up a room.

Cooking is one of her favorite hobbies, and much like her work, it’s something she does to bring comfort and joy to others. Whether she’s whipping up a meal or lending a hand to a colleague, Perrilee shows up with heart and intention in everything she does.

When asked about her favorite part of the job, she doesn't hesitate. It’s the customer service and the chance to help wherever she can. That commitment to being available, dependable, and supportive is what defines her approach—and why she considers this the best job she’s ever had.
