On-Call Coordinator / Healthcare Staffing
The On-Call Coordinator is responsible for being "on-call" to take incoming, and make outgoing, telephone calls from/to clients and the company's healthcare professionals to address any intermittent "after hours" scheduling requests or changes. The On-Call Coordinator is permitted to engage in personal activities while on-call, provided the employee is accessible and capable of effectively and diligently fulfilling the essential duties and responsibilities of the position in a reasonable period of time. The On-Call Coordinator will receive client staffing requests via telephone, and will covert these inquiries into orders by assigning qualified healthcare staffing based on client needs. The On-Call Coordinator will perform the position duties and responsibilities consistent with Accountable's policies, procedures and standards, and in conformity with regulatory compliance. Responsibilities are performed after regular office business hours, during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
This position requires the employee to have remote access to a computer, internet service and telephone.
Experience, Competencies and Education:
- High School or Equivalent
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with clients, company healthcare professionals, and office staff.
- Proficiency in operating a computer and/or handheld device and utilizing cloud-based staffing software.
