Patricia Donohoe, is currently the Chief Nursing Executive for AHS. Throughout her nursing career she has held positions as a critical care nurse, nurse educator, director of nursing board review programs and leader in supplemental healthcare staffing. Her career has successfully combined nursing, education and business. Prior to joining Accountable Healthcare Staffing, she was a cofounder of TBM Staffing and Medical Staffing Network. At Medical Staffing Network (MSN) she served in various roles---Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nursing Officer and Executive Vice President. Ms. Donohoe served on the Joint Commission Expert Advisory Panel responsible for establishing the Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services Organization Certification Program. This program is now the “Gold Standard” for healthcare staffing companies in the industry.
Ms. Donohoe received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Carlow College. She has been a speaker numerous times at the Staffing Industry Analyst Healthcare Staffing Summits, a finalist for the Florida Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, past co-chair of the Healthcare Policy Group of the American Staffing Association, a member of Sigma Theta Tau and presented the Carlow University Laureate Award. Merry Fort has extensive experience in healthcare staffing having owned and operated her own nurse staffing business for 5 years prior to selling it to Medical Staffing Network in 1998. She joined MSN’s management team and served in various roles as Eastern Divisional Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer prior to leaving the company in 2012. In her current role with AHS, Ms. Fort assists with oversight of compliance to AHS and Joint Commission standards of practice as a Healthcare Staffing Service Organization and addresses clinical issues and concerns as they arise. She is a key member of AHS’ nursing leadership team adding expertise and insight into the ongoing development of best practices for clinical performance. Her interests include legal and ethical issues in nursing, the nursing workforce and nursing advocacy. She has served in multiple positions in Georgia hospitals including Assistant Hospital Administrator, Director and Manager.
Ms. Fort graduated from Mercer University and holds 2 additional degrees from Middle Georgia College and University. She was a member of Cardinal Key National Honor Society and Beta Beta Beta National Honor Society.
Ms. Fort is an active member in both the Georgia Organization of Nurse Leaders and the American Organization of Nurse Executives. In 2015 she was appointed by the Governor of Georgia to serve on the Georgia Board of Nursing as a Nursing Administration representative.Contact Me!
Lynne Mathews has 36 years of Healthcare leadership experience, of which 30 years is in healthcare staffing, starting with Upjohn as an agency nurse.
In 1998 Lynne joined a newly formed Medical Staffing Network leading to EVP of Operations in 2002 – 2011. During her tenure at Medical Staffing Network, Inc., she managed the company’s highly successful de novo operations (opening over 100 locations) and oversaw all of the company’s operating divisions.
